UK - UK wireless LED lighting manufacturer CORE Lighting is exhibiting at the 2014 LDI expo in Las Vegas for the second consecutive year ... reflecting increased business and a strong interest across its product range in the US and central America.

Two new products are presented in the US for the first time - the PinPoint and the ColourPoint Mk2.

USA - Martin Professional has announced the immediate availability of the Rush MH 5 Profile.

The Rush MH 5 Profile is a compact and bright LED profile moving head with efficient optics to punch out a variety of effects and colours. With two colour wheels, two gobo wheels and rotating prism the MH 5 Profile offers full effects in a super compact housing, making it perfect for DJs, bands, clubs, bars, cruise ships and installations where small footprint and low weight is critical.

Switzerland - The new Diode Series laser systems from Laserworld has only been on the market a few weeks, but is already experiencing massive demand.

"Many of the big sound & light retailers in Europe listed the products quickly after the product release and the demand from the customers was great," says Norbert Stangl, sales & marketing director at Laserworld. USA - Robe Lighting Inc. will once again exhibit at LDI on 21-23 November at the Las Vegas Convention Centre. With an elegant booth design and exciting new products including the recently-launched BMFL Spot, the LDI exhibition is the grand finale of Robe's 20th anniversary celebrations.

Germany - Sennheiser has announced the availability of its Dante card for the EM 9046 receiver, enabling the top-of-the-range Digital 9000 wireless microphone system to be integrated into Dante audio-over-IP networks. Also available are - as free downloads - the associated new Digital 9000 firmware version 3.0.3, and the new Wireless Systems Manager 4.2 with a set of optimised monitoring functions.

USA - At LDI, ETC revealed that the Eos Titanium (Ti and Gio consoles, as well as the RPU3 (Remote Processor Unit), have become more powerful. Their motherboards have been changed, which allows currently shipping products to output up to 32,768, without co-processing. Desks with the new motherboard have three display port outputs instead of DVI ports. Any older Ti, Gio and RPU3 products (with DVI connectors) can upgrade to a total of 16,384 outputs, and both hardware variants can upgrade in 1,024, 2,048 or 4,096 increments.

USA - Chauvet Professional has enjoyed many successful LDI shows, but the 2014 version set a new standard, not only for leads generated, but also for visitor enthusiasm, says the company. "It looks like we had more leads than ever," said Berenice Chauvet, vice president of Chauvet Professional. "I can't be completely positive without reviewing the results from past shows, but one thing I can say is that we've never seen so much enthusiasm for our new products."
