The renovation project, overseen by Andre Houser of design, sales and integration company Houser Audio, encompasses everything from high-end sound, lighting, and video systems to a stage extension and new paint, drapes, and carpet.

UK - Theatre Royal Plymouth (TRP) hosts a broad spectrum of performances including touring musicals, dance productions, comedy and drama. The Lyric Theatre is a versatile space with a seating capacity of 1,300, which can be reduced to 800 through the adjustment of the theatre’s unique moving roof. Switzerland - Pavilion Naftule, a new 1,200sq.m pop-up performance space specialising in comedy, has completed its debut season at Lausanne's Place Bellerive using a comprehensive L-Acoustics hyperreal immersive audio solution.

Named after the late Pierre Naftule, a respected regional comedy producer, the dismantlable venue attracted nearly 30,000 spectators across 100 performances featuring a diverse programme of comedy and musical productions. To address the challenges of a temporary structure hosting up to 15 performers onstage simultaneously, Pavilion Naftule partnered with L-Acoustics certified provider Hyperson to implement a full-surround L-ISA configuration using the compact yet powerful A Series.

Europe - DirectOut is the creator of Prodigy.MX, a multiformat audio matrix that interfaces with the whole range of protocols offered by DirectOut. The Prodigy.MX is used by Nils Labenz, an experienced monitor engineer, who is currently on German metalcore band Electric Callboy’s Tekkno tour.

The Prodigy.MX fulfils a variety of tasks within the Electric Callboy audio workflow. First, the band uses it to supply redundancy for the playback system, utilising EARS (Enhanced Automatic Redundancy Switching) to ensure the switch is interruption-free. It is also the Dante Clock Master for the entire network and, when required, uses the MADI card with SRC to forward audio signals to outside broadcast trucks for events such as the Rock am Ring Festival, held at the Nürburgring racetrack in June 2024.
