Initially, AC-ET will concentrate on the dual-arm YK50, the smallest yoke in the three product range, designed to support the Christie LHD700 3LCD, full HD projector, and LX700 XGA LCD projector - both offering a 7000 ANSI lumens output.
A.C. Video division's sales manager, Peter Butler comments, "AC-ET has been a Christie partner for many years and is delighted to add another high performing product to our distribution portfolio. The YK50 performed extremely well during testing and provides an exceptional quality of video with an extremely accurate yoke."
In addition to the YK50, other models in the Nitro series include the YK100, a single-arm yoke designed for the Christie M Series and LX1500, and the YK200, a dual-arm design that supports the Christie Roadster Series (SXGA+ and HD models).
AC-ET will have a dedicated salesperson on the road that will be available to demonstrate the Nitro YK50, either with the LHD700 or LX700 upon request. They will also be showcasing it at major trade shows such as the recent PLASA 2012 show.
Dominique Denis, Christie market development manager (EMEA) for Nitro Solutions commented, "We are delighted to be extending our long relationship with AC-ET as we continue to make an impact in the staging and events markets. This latest move will make the unique Nitro series more accessible to LD's and visual designers in this core market, and thereby extend their creative scope."
