USA - With sales of its award-winning P36 LED and P64 LED color par cans soaring, American DJ say it is building on the products' success by releasing white-light versions. The company has introduced the P36 LED WH and P64 LED WH, two DMX-compatible all-white LED par cans designed for applications where clear white light is desired.

The company believe the products are great for stage, club, corporate, display and architectural use, the P36 LED WH and P64 LED WH produce a true, warm white light. At the same time, they offer all the benefits of LEDs - including energy efficiency, low heat and super-long lamp life.

"Our groundbreaking color LED par cans - the P36 LED and P64 LED - received a great deal of acclaim in the industry, as well as from lighting users, for their superior technical innovation," said Scott Davies, general manager of the American DJ Group of Companies. "So, the next logical step for American DJ is to release all-white versions that bring the same level of control, efficiency, and other benefits of LEDs to users who want a white-light par can."

American DJ says: One big advantage of LED-equipped par cans is that they limit ultraviolet light emissions, so they produce minimal heat. This makes the P36 LED WH and P64 LED WH great for concert and theater applications, because they help maintain a comfortable temperature on stage for musicians and performers. What's more, DJs and mobile entertainers who want to get packing right after a gig won't ever have to sit around and wait for their par cans to cool down.

Because of their low heat emission, the P36 LED WH and P64 LED WH will not cause fading or discoloration when placed near an object or surface. So they're also ideal for highlighting displays and exhibits, as well as for close-range architectural applications. The power-efficient P36 LED WH and P64 LED WH run on low voltage, making them economical to operate. Since LED lamps have an exceptionally long life span, users will probably never have to buy a replacement lamp.

The model P36 LED WH is designed for smaller stage performances and architectural/display applications. The bigger P64 LED WH a wider beam diameter for larger stage applications. Both the P36 LED WH and P64 LED WH offer 0-100% dimming and can be operated in three modes: auto, sound active and DMX control Mode.
