The Netherlands - Analog Way has announced that Perspective Layers feature will be natively available for any Ascender 32 - 4K early 2017. Showcased at ISE 2017 at booth #3-C95, this functionality allows the user to provide top-notch presentations through creation and animation of layers with virtual viewing perspective in real-time.

Already available for the Ascender 48 - 4K - PL and the LiveCore Output Expander 48 - 4K - PL, the Ascender 32 - 4K - PL will be natively equipped with this functionality as well. Developed by Analog Way, the exclusive Perspective Layers mode enables the manipulation of layers in a 3D space in order to give depth to any presentation.

More than a simple keystone effect, operators have the ability to change the layer position in the three dimensions of X, Y and Z, and also rotate them according to the three axes. When the Perspective Layers feature is activated for a screen, the Ascender 32 - 4K - PL is powerful enough to offer the same level of effects as in a flat 2D mode.

Compatible with computer and video sources, the layer content can be either a live source or a still image. It can support the same seamless transition effects as any other layer. Each step of a transition is computed in real-time, whether it is the Flying curve trajectory of the PIP or its properties (transparency, size, cropping, etc.).

The Ascender 32 - 4K - PL supports four outputs and up to four true seamless layers and a native background per output or two perspective layers and a native background per output.

Creation and management of the Perspective Layers can be managed directly from the Web RCS, on-board software that offers intuitive control of all seamless switchers based on the LiveCore platform.
