At the same time, Artistic Licence says that Excel Union will continue to build market share in mainland China. Excel Union has offices in Beijing and Hong Kong, and is headed by Victor Tsang. Simon Fraser, Artistic Licence Hong Kong manager, comments: "Both of the new appointments have a long term relationship with Artistic Licence. Artistic Licence Hong Kong is headed by Simon Fraser. Simon began his career in 1984 as a lighting technician working for West End Theatres and on UK Tours. In 1987, Simon moved to Hong Kong to found Rule 1 Asia. Since then, he has amassed over 19 years of project and technical management experience in the arts, museums, architectural and leisure sectors. In this time, he has supervised the creation and implementation of a myriad number of high profile, awarding winning, and technically complex projects both in the UK and internationally.
