The first of these is the MFS, a floor stand for the MICROpoint and MICROline loudspeakers. The elegant stand is one metre tall and is designed for meeting rooms with glass or other forms of partition wall where fixed loudspeaker mounting is not possible or desirable. It is also suitable for semi-permanent installations requiring the loudspeaker positions to be movable. Using heavy steel construction for maximum rigidity and audio performance, the stand merges with the style of the loudspeakers and allows for vertical or horizontal loudspeaker mounting with full use of the pivot functions of the loudspeaker's built-in bracket.
Two accessories are available for mounting the MICROzone controller/amplifier. The MZ1 bracket allows for mounting of a single MICROzone below, above or on the side of any flat surface, such as a lectern or meeting room table, whilst the MZ2 is a 19-inch rack mount panel allowing two MICROzone units to be fitted into 2U of rack space.
The RIR remote IR is a tiny receiver that can be flush or surface mounted. Connected to the MICROzone via CAT5 cable with RJ45 connectors (not supplied) it allows for convenient positioning of the MICROzone's IR facility where it's needed, when the MICROzone itself may be placed in a remote position or room.
Finally the MBS bracket spacer increases the distance to the wall or ceiling for MICROline and MICROpoint loudspeaker brackets, allowing greater flexibility in mounting and angling of the loudspeakers.
