Having gained qualifications in electronics and broadcast engineering during an already impressive career, in 2010 Max obtained a 1st Class Honours BSc in Audio Video Systems from London Metropolitan University, leaving Audiologic's sales and marketing manager Andy Lewis to reflect on an appointment of the highest calibre:
