The bar was designed by flamboyant interior designer and local resident Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, famous for his hosting of TV's makeover show, Changing Rooms. Pro Audio Solutions installed Meyer Sound's MM4 miniature loudspeakers, which are highly compact at just 10cm³, ideal for the setting of the Inc Bar, where sound reinforcement needed to be powerful and clear yet unobtrusive. 10 MM4s were used alongside two controllers with further Meyer Sound loudspeakers in the form of four UPM-1Ps. In addition to the loudspeakers, a total of ten Lab Gruppen stereo amplifiers were supplied for use as part of the complete system.
As well as Inc Bar, Autograph Sales has also recently supplied and supervised a refit at the trendy nightspot Attica in Soho working alongside D4, an installation company who were brought it to address amplification problems around the venue.
An initial six Meyer Sound UPJ-1Ps and two USW-1Ps were demonstrated at the busy club one afternoon and Attica was so impressed with the performance of the speakers that the units were kept and utilised immediately. A further two UPJ-1P and UMS-1P cabinets were installed without delay, offering the client a quick and efficient solution to their audio concerns.
