UK - Based in East Sussex, Voice Alarm and Public Address manufacturer Baldwin Boxall has provided many leading premiership clubs with voice communication equipment. However, the company also supports its local football clubs, having systems installed in both Crowborough and Lewes grounds.

In addition to providing the relevant sound equipment, Baldwin Boxall annually sponsors a match at Lewes and is one of the sponsors of its local Crowborough team. Lewes FC benefits from a four zone PA/VA system with two radio microphones (providing match commentary), background music facility and a BVR16M microphone for paging and broadcast of emergency messages. Crowborough, a smaller club, has undergone major re-development and now has a new clubhouse and stand which is fed by a Baldwin Boxall 'all-call' PA system.

Lewes FC has achieved five promotions in seven years and was recently crowned champions of 'Blue Square South', with the reward of promotion to 'Blue Square Premier'. Steve White, Commercial Director for Lewes FC, commented: "This has been the most successful period the club has enjoyed in its 123 year history. Over the last four years the ground and facilities have been improved. When the club decided to upgrade their PA system they turned to Baldwin Boxall for help. They helped install the new system with as little disruption as possible, and have continued to help and support Lewes football club since."

Crowborough Athletic FC 's Baldwin Boxall PA system is an integral part of a recent refurbishment which included a new stadium and totally refurbished clubhouse. Barry Aldis, match day announcer, said: "We are so grateful to Baldwin Boxall for their generosity, the system itself is fantastic and makes our match days so much more enjoyable. Without the system we may not have passed the ground grading to enter the Ryman League, so would not be able to take the next step in achieving our true potential."
