Mr. Torsten Notzke, PR manager of Behringer said: "We are honored and delighted to receive these two awards from the UK Music Industries Association and thank the UK retailers for their dedication and trust in our products. The UB Series of mixing consoles bears the initials of our company founder and was designed by Mr. Behringer himself. He incorporated customer feedback whilst guiding the development of the UB Series from the ground up, personally designing every crucial component, from the entire circuit diagram and PCB development to the mechanical concepts. The huge sales success reaffirms our belief that we have defined a new industry standard, and this award is a further acknowledgement of the quality, reliability and integrity of the Behringer UB series mixing consoles."
The Eurorack UB802 features two invisible mic preamps (IMPs), six balanced high-headroom line inputs, one post fader FX send per channel for external FX devices and one stereo aux return for FX applications or for use as a separate stereo input. There is also 3-band EQ on all channels. The Eurorack UB802 is ideal for use with fixed audio and video installations as well as keyboards, samplers and computer application.
The Music Industries Association has existed in various forms for over 100 years and has been dedicated toward growing the musical instrument market with the mission to: "Create More Music Makers." This year every retailer in the UK was invited to vote for instruments under the headings "Best Seller," "Best Value for Money" and "Most Innovative."
