Festival founder Michael Eavis said, "This decision is a real first for us because we have got a full licence - it gives us a bit of breathing space. In the past we have had to jump through hoops, year after year. Now we can plan future festivals safe in the knowledge that it will all be approved."The festival takes place 22-24 June, with confirmed artists including the Killers, The Who, Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs, the Kooks and Kasabian.
