To carry the sound throughout all areas- bar, restaurant, stage, reception and toilet areas, CGA used a combination of EV Evid 4.2 speakers, JBL ceiling bass bins and JBL ceiling speakers. The Sound is controlled by the customer using simple Cloud Electronics RL1 controls which go back to the Peavey Xframe88 to do all the complex routing, equalizing, delay, crossing over and processing. Amplification is via some of the customer's existing Peavey CS series amps and some new Cloud multi-channel amplifiers for the peripheral and bar areas.
Lighting is split into two separate areas; the stage lighting is by simple Par can lighting triggered by a light processor WP6 control plate. The disco lighting is a little less straightforward - the customer requested lighting energy without the aggression of scanners or moving heads. CGA found the solution with some Pixel Par 87 LED heads, fitted within gold finished Eyeball fittings to offer a wide range of effects - from subtle colour changing to fast chasing around the ceiling features. Both areas of lighting are controlled via WP6 switch panels which drive the Qreplica DMX lighting controller.
