Aside from motor sports, Charter has continued its involvement in other sporting fields, providing the HD Link for the ACS Tethered Blimp System used in the Sky coverage of England's Test Cricket throughout the summer, and supplying two complete digital radio camera systems for TV Catalonia's La Liga in Spain. The Company was also heavily involved with the World Cup in Germany, building and running the International Broadcasting Centre (IBC) as well as supplying HD radio cameras for the ACS Camcat cable camera used to provide spectacular coverage of the final. Charter also continues to provide long-term radio camera systems for the French Premiership.
In the UK, Charter Broadcast has been supporting Roll to Record on the TV reality show Big Brother, by supplying one of only three complete return video radio camera systems for the launch night, as well as signing a deal to provide the same kit for the Big Brother final. Charter extended their relationship with Roll to Record further, on Deal or No Deal by supplying one complete digital radio camera system for the TV series. Both Big Brother and Deal or No Deal are out of the Endemol stable.
