Iluminarc will introduce the Colorist Series
UK - Among the highlights on Chauvet Professional's stand at PLASA London 2014 will be the Next NXT-1 moving head LED display, a new addition to the ÉPIX Series, the ÉPIX Tile 2.0, and a new series of IP65-rated fixtures, Colorist, from Iluminarc.

A pixel-mapping panel with 25 Quad-Colour RGBW LEDs, the Next NXT-1 combines fast pan/tilt movement with a tight 6° beam angle to create brilliant in-motion displays that will mesmerise audiences at concerts, festivals and live productions of all types. The Next NXT-1's ultra-bright output allows its sharp pixel-mapped images to cut through haze and washes on stage and deliver maximum punch at long throws, when used as an LED wash.

Although capable of wowing crowds with stunning, professional pixel-mapped displays, the Next NXT-1 was engineered to make the programming process fast and easy for users of all technical skill levels. The panel is equipped with an incredibly versatile "virtual-gobo wheel" stocked with static patterns and alpha-numeric characters, allowing designers to create text displays and eye-popping effects quickly and effortlessly.

New to the acclaimed ÉPIX Series is the ÉPIX Tile 2.0, a user-friendly fixture that makes it easy for lighting professionals to add high-quality pixel-mapping video content to their designs. Designed to work seamlessly with the other members of the popular ÉPIX 2.0 series, the ÉPIX Tile 2.0 is a square-shaped 300 x 300 mm panel that contains 160 tri-colour (red, green, blue) SMD LEDs.

Iluminarc, the architectural and architainment lighting division of Chauvet, will introduce the Colorist Series, a range of IP65-rated fixtures with quad-colour red, green, blue and amber LEDs. The Colorist Series consists of high-output colour-mixing RGBA LED pods, panels and linear fixtures that have the adaptability to be used across markets.

Visit Chauvet Professional and Iluminarc on stand P80 to see these innovative fixtures in action and for exciting sneak previews of forthcoming products.
