Each of these seminars lasted one day. Both were opened by Lothar Weimann the head of D.A.S. Audio Deutschland, who gave a presentation of the firm via the corporate video. Joan La Roda, D.A.S. audio engineer provided the attendees with the presentation "How line array work" which explains the line array theory and expands into the technical characteristics and applications of such systems. This was followed by a presentation of the Aero 28 and Aero 38 systems. Lars Schnier, well-known P.A. sound engineer, who recently worked as the FOH engineer for the famous music programme Deutschland sucht den Superstar using Aero 38 line array, explained his own experience with this equipment.
Joan La Roda presented the new Variant line array as well as the new EASE Focus software. In closing the seminar a special demo took place. It displayed a stack comprised of four powered CA-28A modules and two CA-215 units for low frequencies, as well as another stack consisting of four Variant 25A plus a Variant 18A system all located inside the seminar room. Other D.A.S. representatives who also attended the event were Jack Palacio, export director and Roberto Giner, director of marketing.
