Ignacio Chulia, D.A.S. sales representative for Eastern Europe, was on hand to make the final checks to the system, installed by D.A.S Audio distributor for Hungary, Team Audio Kft. led by Gábor Hajdu. Three Variant 25A units together with a compact Variant 18A subwoofer unit were flown on each side of the main conference hall. The Variant 18A powered subwoofer unit extends the bandwidth of the array to 30Hz.
The light-weight and visually discreet Variant 25A module has an aluminum and steel structure which is fixed to the enclosure and incorporates all the rigging accessories needed to join one unit to another. Its ultra-compact design provides high output and exceptional sound in an attractive enclosure, making it an appropriate choice for P.A. systems at theatres, cultural centers or corporate events, says the company.
