Dempster has a lifelong electronics passion and his AV career journey plays testimony to this. After four years with Sony (UK) professional and broadcast division he joined Marcom Systems as technical general manager and progressed to become technical director. Dempster went on to spread his wings as a Freelance AV consultant, providing systems design and project management, to a wide range of blue chip companies for 13 years.
