The Solomon Pools Convention Centre construction was financed by the Official Credit Institute of Spain with a FAD credit from the Development Aid Fund. With support and funds from the Spanish authorities, Ecler coordinated the audio, public address, stage, seats, acoustic material, video, lighting, translation systems, CCTV and MATV installation.
