The event will give attendees a real insight into how state-of-the-art technologies can increase productivity and communication between teams, as well as how new collaborative technologies can improve business performance.
During the Technology Day, a member of the Electrosonic team will guide each visitor through the exhibition, visiting each supplier to discuss the new technologies and how they can be integrated into any current facility.
Unlike other technology exhibitions, the event will showcase full solutions as opposed to individual products. Attendees will have the opportunity to see complete, real-time applications and systems instead of individual product demos by exhibitors. Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend a series of short info sessions from Electrosonic, Video Corporation, Cyviz and others.
Confirmed suppliers to date include 21stCentury Video, Adderlink, AMX, Ashton Bentley, Barco, Christie, Crestron, Cyviz, Exterity, Extron, Helvar, Imago & Polycom, Kramer Electronics, Medium, Mitsubushi Electric, NEC, Onelan Digital Signage, Panasonic, Pufferfish, Revolabs, RGM Networks, Samsung, Sharp, Shure, Steljes, Thinklogical, True Colours, Tukans, and Video Corporation.
Showcased technologies include video displays, secure video conferencing, collaboration and sharing tools, mobile video conferencing, and remote monitoring equipment to help diagnose faulty off-shore equipment. Attendees will also learn about new software solutions which allow users to securely communicate with anyone, anywhere, using any device.
"Electrosonic have successfully organised Technology Days for several years. We are very excited to bring the event back to Aberdeen for the second time and demonstrate the latest audio-visual technology applications to the market," commented Colin Lemmings, director of corporate solutions at Electrosonic. "This event is even bigger and better than last year with over 30 technology manufacturers displaying their solutions. It is beneficial to IT Directors and Facilities Directors working within the Oil and Gas, Corporate sectors."
