CEO Ronan Willson said: "I've known Dave for 25 years as a friend and competitor. He has held senior executive positions within the foremost concert touring lighting companies and as such is a key figure in the industry. I have asked Dave to join ELP to assist in the further development of the company enabling me to concentrate on the new Millennium Studios project I am undertaking. His extensive knowledge and experience will be a great benefit to ELP as we expand and move the company forward".
Keighley added "I am very excited to be joining ELP at this time. I have admired ELP from a distance for many years and I have been friends with Ronan since the very early years of the live event lighting industry. I am very proud to now have the opportunity to help take ELP to next level".
Keighley will be based at the ELP Elstree Studios office, heading up the sales and production team.
