‘The partnership enables both companies to better serve the region’s growing demand for reliable rigging infrastructure’

GCC - ES:ME Group has announced a new collaboration with German manufacturer HOF, bringing the MLT Three pre-rig truss system to the GCC market. This strategic partnership enhances regional access to one of the most flexible and efficient rigging solutions available today, enabling faster deployment, improved safety, and reliable scalability for large-scale event production.

As part of the agreement, a selection of HOFKON and MLT Three units will be available through ES:ME’s local hubs in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and the wider region. The system will be integrated into technical planning and rigging strategies across a wide spectrum of events - from exhibitions and conferences to concerts, live broadcasts, and sporting productions.

“We’re excited to make this system more accessible to our regional clients,” said Markus Schmidt, COO of ES:ME Group. “HOF’s engineering quality and modular approach match our commitment to efficiency, safety, and smart technical execution. Having the MLT THREE locally available adds real value to projects with complex load requirements and limited build time.”

The partnership enables both companies to better serve the region’s growing demand for reliable rigging infrastructure, while maintaining the high engineering standards HOF is known for globally.

“This collaboration with ES:ME opens a new chapter for HOF in one of the most ambitious and fast-moving event markets worldwide,” said Edwin Duivelaar, export manager at HOF. “It’s not just about bringing products closer - it’s about aligning with a trusted technical partner that understands what’s required on the ground.”

The MLT Three system is designed to improve build speed while supporting high loads over wide spans, making it ideal for fast-paced environments where time and flexibility are critical.

Upcoming deployments include a series of regional and international projects, ranging from large-scale exhibitions and industry summits to major sporting events and live productions across the GCC.

“This is a practical step forward in expanding the toolkit we offer our clients,” Schmidt adds. “Together with HOF, we’re raising the bar for what’s possible in modular rigging across the region.”
