The finalists for the 2002 Manufacturers' Choice Awards: (1-6 employees category) Baltimore Stage Lighting, Indianapolis Stage Sales & Rentals and Miami Stagecraft; (7-25 employees category) 4 Wall Entertainment, Grand Stage Company, LVH Entertainment Systems, Production Advantage, and StageLight; (25+ employees category) Barbizon, Stage Equipment & Lighting and Vincent Lighting Systems.
The Dealers' Choice Customer Service Awards offer ESTA's Dealer Members the opportunity to publicly recognize suppliers which provide consistently good customer service throughout the year. The awards recognize superior performance in four main areas: Customer Service, Shipping and Billing, Technical Support and Quotations/Project Management. In voting on these awards, dealers are asked to consider such areas as accessibility, staff knowledge and professionalism, timely responses, accuracy, and problem solving abilities.
The Awards are currently in their second round of balloting and the winner in each category will be announced at ESTA's Annual Dinner to be held in conjunction with the LDI 2002 show on Thursday, 17 October. The winners will also be acknowledged during the LDI 2002 awards ceremony on Saturday, 19 October.
