Suitable for any SR application, it fits in 170 litre double chamber Band-Pass configurations with tuning respectively at 30 and 90 Hz. Its electrical parameters are sufficiently "elastic" to allow a very vast range of applications without complex filters. The FaitalPRO 18XL1500 is even suitable as subwoofer for hanging line array configurations.
Also on debut is the 15XL1400", 15" subwoofer - pure sub that uses the same magnet assembly and suspensions - the double spider and cone surround - of the established 18XL1500 sub-woofer.
The new 15XL1400 can reach 1400 W of nominal power, a real subwoofer to use at the same level as the 18XL1500 but in an enclosure of smaller volume, tuned to a slightly higher frequency: it is a very specific sub, performing very well, with same mechanical excursion as the 18"XL, in a slightly smaller form, says the company.
The new FaitalPRO 3FE20 is a full range, three inch, 80 mm, loudspeaker with a basket in pressed steel, an outer ring neodymium magnet assembly boasting superior magnetic performance, 91 dB efficiency, a total weight slightly over 200gms and optimum features, such as ample frequency extension and an elevated dynamic behaviour.
