An established Outline client, Bydgoszcz-based Gondek has recently added a substantial stock of Superfly to their existing inventory, which along with many other Outline products, handled a wide range of productions across numerous locations.
Starting in May, they delivered a package including sound systems and staging for the Sunrise Festival at the Ergo Arena Upperground in Gdańsk, which was followed in June and early July by supplying two stages at the Open'er Festival at the Gdynia-Kosakowo airport in Gdynia.
Right after that they delivered not only the sound but also the main stage and entire backstage infrastructure at the Reggae Festival in Ostróda. Early August saw the company providing the sound system for the Salt Wave Festival in Jastarnia, closely followed by the Sunset Square EDM festival back in Gdynia, headlined by superstar DJ Armin Van Buuren.
For the latter event, Gondek designed and deployed a major sound system including Outline GTO C-12 and Superfly line-array cabinets, Eidos 265s (used as front-fills) and DBS 18-2 subwoofers, all powered by GTA amplifiers and with comprehensive system control via Newton processing.
Leading Polish DJ and producer EMDI was one of the many performers to enjoy the power and musicality of the Outline systems at Sunset Square. He later commented, “The GTO C-12, Superfly and Eidos systems by Outline are absolutely remarkable when it comes to sound quality and performance. I had the privilege of playing a DJ set on these incredible systems during Sunset Square in Gdynia. The clarity and power of these speakers left a lasting impression on both me and the audience, bringing the entire experience to a new level.”
