The 4EVAC LoopDrive system boasts technology, which meets the exacting demands of voice alarm control and indicating equipment for short circuit isolators.
Fully compliant and certified with both EN54-16 and EN54-17 regulations, 4EVAC offers the potential to maximize all PA/VA evacuation systems that are installed with any two- wire, return-loop systems' design principle.
It's a modular 'plug in and play' system that's not only intuitive and easy to operate, but easy to integrate and install, which keeps these costs to a minimum.
Installing 4EVAC LoopDrive's Fault Isolator Modules (FIM) between loudspeakers on a loop means when DC voltage drops below a threshold on the loop circuit, the fault is instantly detected, located and isolated. FIM protects the loop's integrity against any open wire-to-wire short circuits, giving peace of mind that voice evacuation audio transmission will be not be interrupted.
The LoopDrive Booster (LDB) is at the heart of the 4EVAC LoopDrive system. Driving up to 200 FIM's over a dual-core cable. A single LDB can pass 800 W of audio signal from an amplifier whilst channelling DC to the loop for powering and managing FIM modules.
Up to 32 x LDB's can be attached onto a single DIN-rail providing DC-power for the RS485 data connection and General-Fault contact. Easy to control and navigate with front buttons and indicators, the LoopDrive Booster gives quick access to the functions and features of the systems' design.
Hacousto international's director, Albert Van der Hout, enthused, "We're very excited about presenting 4EVAC LoopDrive at ISE. It's a unique product that fulfils new legislative market demands. It's high specification modular design is synonymous with Hacousto's years of manufacturing experience. Offering a simple and easy to operate loop isolator makes 4EVAC LoopDrive an attractive product solution for OEMs, manufacturers, integrators, and consultants across an array of application demands."
