"On Saturday 4 October 2014, shortly before 18:00, our dear British colleague, Sue Burlow, passed away in the presence of her loved ones and dear friends.
"Many people have known her for years as our tower of strength, our strong support at the Highlite UK office. For years, many of our English customers have known her personally and trusted her, because of her sincere and honest way of treating and advising customers. People who did not know her personally, know her voice: the warm welcome message when calling Highlite International.
"It will be a major challenge for our UK sales agents and all of us, to run this year's PLASA show. Sue and her husband Malcolm were a landmark at this show and every year both worked very hard and were always looking forward to going to the PLASA show. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Malcolm Burlow and his family."
