The training will include the fundamental physics of line arrays; the developmental background behind Cohedra; using the Cohedra manual; CAPS - Cohedra Acoustic Prediction Software; the Digital Field Controller and the DFC software for the PC; Cohedra rigging and ground-stacking; listening tests, with multiple configurations; live troubleshooting and servicing. The course concludes with a 60-minute proficiency test, enabling participants to earn the Cohedra Operator Certificate.
The next training courses are scheduled as follows: English - Tuesday, 31 August 2004 to Thursday, 2 September 2004. German - Tuesday, 7 September 2004 to Thursday 9 September 2004. Training courses take place on the premises of the HK Audio School of Sound Reinforcement ('Hkademy'), in St. Wendel, Germany. The three-day course fee is 249 Euros per person and 199 Euros for each additional participant from the same company. This fee includes all course materials and examination.
