The refreshed site features a fully mobile responsive interface

UK - IPS (Impact Production Services) has announced the launch of its new website (www.ips.co.uk), marking the next major step in its ongoing work to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency. The launch follows the recent opening of IPS’s new warehouse in Milton Keynes, a major physical upgrade now mirrored by this significant digital development.

The new website represents a substantial improvement on the long serving platform that supported IPS through many years of growth. As user needs have evolved and the scale of operations expanded, the redesign was driven by the goal of creating a modern, intuitive, and transparent digital experience that better reflects IPS’s service-led approach.

Built with functionality and accessibility at its core, the refreshed site features a fully mobile responsive interface, enhanced ai powered product search capabilities, and a streamlined enquiry process. Each product now has its own dedicated page with detailed, accurate information, making it easier for customers to browse, compare, and build hire lists with confidence.

“Much like our warehouse facilities have expanded and improved over the years, this website is a reflection of that same journey,” says Andrew Bartlett, operations manager and Tom Warden, marketing and Health & Safety manager at IPS, who together helped lead the redevelopment project. “As the digital landscape shifts, so must we. This new site is the result of everything we’ve learned from our clients over the years. It’s modern, flexible, and purpose built to serve them better.”

A key part of the redesign is the decision to continue to publish visible list pricing across all products. This is a central element of IPS’s broader strategy to improve transparency and trust. “It’s about being open,” says James Mason, managing director at IPS. “By putting our prices online, we’re giving smaller companies and independent operators the clarity they’ve been asking for. We’ve also realigned pricing to better match current industry standards, making our equipment more accessible.”
