The Integrated Systems Europe 2006 Roadshow will visit four key cities over an eight-day period. In an intensive one day programme, it will offer plenary sessions with keynote speakers, supported by up to 15 sponsors who will showcase the latest in AV Systems Integration technologies through a series of presentations and an exhibition. This will offer new and existing customers the chance to discover, learn and do business in a purposeful environment right on their doorstep. The ISE 2006 Roadshow arrives in Eastern Europe on the 30 of October and will visit: Poland (Warsaw, Monday 30 October); Czech Republic ( Prague, Wednesday 1 November); Hungary (Budapest, Friday 3 November) and Turkey (Istanbul, Monday 6 November).
The ISE 2006 Roadshow provides an exciting and effective platform for organisations to reach out to new business and sales in the rapidly expanding and thriving East European market. Integrated Systems Europe managing director, Mike Blackman believes that taking the show to this part of Europe is a key strategic move: "Many East European countries have witnessed a remarkable transition after becoming a free flowing market economy. The Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Turkey are a highly attractive proposition to organisations in the AV Systems Integration market as they offer outstanding potential for securing new business in the home and commercial market. These countries offer some of the most significant areas of opportunity in this thriving industry."
Working with exhibitors, ISE set out a new strategy to enhance and increase the visibility of the brand name. Whilst the last three shows have been highly successful, it was recognised that many of the Integrators and personnel in the SI business in Eastern Europe and Turkey have not yet experienced ISE. It was therefore decided to take the ISE concept to these emerging countries as a foretaste to the Amsterdam event in January. The reasons were twofold as Blackman explains: "The support we have had from exhibitors and sponsors was a critical factor in making the last three shows so successful. Geographically, Europe is a huge area and we wanted to support them in reaching out to new business and gauging the market trends and needs. A small scale Exhibition within a roadshow was seen as the perfect platform. Secondly, we needed to attract the attention of buyers from emerging regions who have not yet attended an ISE Event. Therefore we decided to bring the show to them!" Blackman continues: "This is not an attempt to replicate ISE in different regions within Europe but a joint marketing venture by the ISE, its joint venture partners, CEDIA, InfoComm International & NSCA, together with leading ISE Exhibitors to strengthen activities in these markets."
ISE recognises that the European AV industry is in major transition with huge growth prospects in the residential and commercial markets. With market economies on the increase, the lifestyles of the 125 million+ inhabitants of these countries are actively looking to embrace the latest innovations in AV & Electronic Systems Integration.
