Germany - Just one year after the start the integration of Klein+Hummel into the Sennheiser Group has been completed. The brand is becoming successful internationally. Just before the prolight+sound tradeshow the new headquarter of the Pro Audio speaker manufacturer in Hanover-Wedemark has been officially opened. The new facilities will house the sales and marketing teams, as well as the R&D division. A state-of-the-art un-echoic chamber and purpose built 'live' stage have been created there to test and demonstrate the entire K+H product range. The opening kicked off with a house warming party on 24 February 2006. The a-cappella band Harmony Central gave the new stage its first airing to the audience.Klein+Hummel president, Achim Gleissner, commented: "It's been a great challenge to integrate the K H operation into the Sennheiser Group. The sales, ordering, invoicing and logistics are in place. We can now get on with what K+H is really all about - the designing and manufacturing of top quality electro-acoustical systems for a whole range of markets and applications.
"With the unique Sennheiser world-wide distribution network at our disposal, we are confident that the K+H productions will receive the exposure they deserve."(Lee Baldock)
