Plus, the company launch the new ERAC 2500R amplifier/controller package, a four-way, active control and amplification system specifically designed for the KV2 Audio ES Series modular loudspeaker systems. This draws technology from KV2's existing EPAK amplifier/controller and combines it with the company's VHD technology to produce a rack mounted amplifier/controller that incorporates digital alignment utilizing a DSD (Direct Stream Digital) 6.0 MHz delay line. It houses all signal processing and amplification as well as providing control for different subwoofer module configurations.
KV2 is also participating in the Live Sound Forum, which is being staged outdoors in an area close to Hall 8.0. This will enable visitors to hear the KV2 VHD system in an outdoor situation at listening distances of up to 70m. There will be two time slots for visitors to come and listen to the system 10am - 10.30am and 5.30pm - 6.00pm. The system demonstrated will consist of two VHD 2.0 mid high cabinets and eight VHD 4.18 subwoofers and will also include the KV2 LD4 line driver system to ensure signal integrity. For further details see the KV2 staff on the stand. KV2 Audio can be found in hall 8.0 on stand number M50.
