The £22m development which also includes a 400-seat concert hall and 160-seat theatre is due for competition within the next few weeks.
The two 120m2 polished wood rehearsal studio floors will be protected by Le Mark's EventFloor during student events. RWCMD's technical manager Simon Denman-Ellis says, "We were so impressed with the flooring, we may even use EventFloor on the main stage in the new 400 seat concert hall."
