Among the most anticipated features in this release of the ESTA/PLASA Award-Winning (2009, 2010 & 2011) software are its integration with VectorWorks 2011/12 (PC & Mac), providing the ability to do your design and paperwork in VectorWorks before exporting directly to LightConverse in order to see your work truly come alive; a real-time live object tracking system, which allows performers and objects such as moving set pieces and video screens to be automatically followed by moving fixtures and projectors during their movements on stage, and an increase in fixture capacity to 1,536 devices within 96 DMX universes.
Possible applications include design and programming of entertainment events, architectural projects, sales presentations and virtual television studios with multiple camera views.
Other select features include: 96 channels per fixture; TUIO output from 3D for interactive tracking; Capture any Window from another program as Texture or Filter source; New Video Memory Manager especially designed for Windows-7 Aero, and Wind and precision FOV controls in camera dialogue.
