For this particular application, Link was also asked to design a compatible 54-pin hybrid LK connector capable of terminating all speaker and digital conductors. "We are very fortunate to have complete control over cable and connector designs at Link. This enables us to come up with complete solutions such as this one. This project was completed in less than eight weeks!," said Piromalli.
The eurocable Multicore Speaker Cable Line includes configurations starting with 2 x 1.5sq.mm conductors up through the new 48 x 4sqmm with two AES pairs.
