In a related move, Loud also announced the 30 January closure of its Tokyo office and the transfer of all four former Loud staff members to the Onkyo Tokki team. Loud's Tokyo office will continue normal operations through 30 January and Onkyo Tokki will begin Mackie & Tapco sales on 2 February 2009.
