USA - The Assembly of God's Christ Chapel is housed in a 130,000sq.ft sports facility (it was once an actual professional football team's practice facility) in Macon, Georgia where it holds regular Sunday and Wednesday worship services and sports ministries. Its TV ministry, consisting of Pastor John Wood's sermon from Sunday services, airs locally on Cox Cable and CTN Cable. Entire Sunday morning and evening services are streamed live on the internet; college, youth and children's ministries will soon stream live on the Web as well.

Macon-based Total Systems Audio, Video, and Consulting have supplied vast amounts of technical equipment to the Church; no coincidence as their managing director is also the Church's technical director.

Recently the Church took delivery of a LSC Lighting Systems maXim LP console and are getting ready to purchase a maXim XXLP through LSC's USA distributor Applied Electronics.

"We love the maXim LP console because it is so much easier to use and control than any other console that we have had before," said Bryan. "The maXim LP makes it easy to control moving fixtures and program scenes before an event and on the fly. So many of the consoles that we have used before required you to go through multiple screens to get something that you needed but with the LSC console we have everything right at our fingertips.

"Whether you use intelligent fixtures or just conventional lighting this console is perfect for every venue. Since getting the maXim LP we have been able to do things that we wouldn't have tried before because it was too much work and when you are dealing with volunteers it needs to be as simple as possible."

One of Bryan's favourite features on the maXim LP is the PaTPad (the maXim's touch screen moving light control module) which he describes as a great help in programming a show.

"The LSC consoles have it all, they do everything that you need without the headaches and are affordable enough for even churches to purchase," Bryan added. "I have nothing but good things to say about them."
