The production version of the new Minim will be shown on the stand along side its big brother control desks - the maXim. The Minim utilizes the easy-to-grasp operating system commonly found on all LSC lighting desks and provides a myriad of functions at an extremely attractive price. Its compact size with self-contained power supply has proven very popular to those who have purchased it.
MaXim software version V1.0 will be displayed for its first public showing at PLASA, although selected clients have used various beta versions extensively for the past four months. The effects and fan functions for moving light control are now regarded as the most advanced of any console within the maXim price range. Anything from simple scroller devices to High End's Catalyst system can be easily manipulated via the intuitive touch screen controller. The simplified patching system coupled with the powerful effects generator allow operators to create highly complex light shows within minutes - not hours. The full range of LSC's products, including the popular touring dimmers will be shown in conjunctions with LSC's UK Distributor, Stagetec on stand number E40.
