From 1988 to 1998, O'Neil worked for Bank One Corporation headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. There he served as vice-president of corporate banking and later, director of loan syndications, Bank One Capital Markets. O'Neil will work out of Mackie's headquarters in Woodinville, Washington.
