Event Technology Challenged will take place on 9 June at Central Hall, London
UK - This year's Meet the Future conference - Event Technology Challenged will take place on 9 June at Central Hall, London. The Meet the Future event series encourages peers to share both ideas and available resources as a way of staying ahead in a constantly evolving industry.

With White Light acting as one of this year's sponsors, the conference will allow senior event buyers to experience event technology by placing them in the role of the delegates who they would normally be organising events for. The aim is to show attendees how new event technology can improve their own events by learning from real-time use cases.

The conference will be delivered in two parts. In the morning sessions, attendees will be given 'hands-on' demonstrations of cutting edge technology, gaining an insight into how it may be utilised by delegates at future events. The afternoon sessions will focus on live demonstrations of the real-time data collected by key technology in the morning, giving organisers a unique insight into the backend use and benefits with relevant case studies.

The conference will also feature three keynote presentations from professionals working throughout the field of events technology. Renowned neuroscientist, Dr Beau Lotto will be discussing his work on Neuro Design, a process for designing communications which allow businesses to connect with customers on a neurological level.

The second keynote will be delivered by Corbin Ball, an international consultant and writer who has 20 years experience of running international technology meetings and helping clients worldwide use technology to improve their own productivity.

The third and final keynote will be delivered by BBC technology journalist Kate Russell, who currently appears weekly on BBC2 and BBC World News, reporting for technology programme Click.

Maria Schuett, marketing manager at Central Hall and Meet The Future event organiser, comments, "Last year's conference was a great success and our 2015 event is set to be bigger, more interactive and creatively challenging the norm. We have fantastic keynote speakers confirmed and the breadth of technology that is already in place is very exciting, not to mention our lead sponsors White Light, who will be going beyond the realms of traditional conference AV technology to create a fully immersive conference experience and creative hospitality solutions delivered by Kudos catering."
