UK - During the PLASA09 show in London, t he Midas Heritage 3000 celebrated 10 years as one of the live sound industry's most popular touring consoles.

Launched in 1999, the H3000 became a favourite on tour riders and at festivals and live events across the world, both for its familiarity of use and sonic quality. The H3000 continues to sell alongside the new generation of Midas digital consoles - the XL8 and PRO6 - and remains a regular fixture at international festivals, say Midas.

"The H3000 typifies what Midas is all about: a production life span in excess of 10 years; ultimate sound quality; an easy to use control surface, long term on-the-road reliability - all linked to an amazing return on investment for the owner," says Midas and Klark Teknik's sales and marketing director David Cooper. "It's been great to see the H3000 lined up with the new PRO6 at countless festivals this summer - two consoles with entirely different technology but supplying the same core values."
