The move to develop a structure to concentrate exclusively on Midas and Klark Teknik follows the success of Midas Consoles Holland, set up in 2004. "This proved to us that customers like being able to deal directly with the factory," says Midas sales and marketing director David Cooper. "It increases their confidence in the brand, and from our point of view we get much better information flow from the end user to our support, service and design engineers.
"Among the many advantages of setting up Midas Consoles Middle East is the ability to support existing and new customers locally in this region by offering dedicated Midas-trained service and support engineers and the provision of spare parts. Above all, it demonstrates our faith in this rapidly-growing region."
