Commenting on Orbital Sound's recent appointment as the UK main dealer, director of sales Andy Simmons said, "The Nexo Geo M6 packaging has been thought out really well and, for both our installation and rental teams, this will be a workhorse product, as will the STM M28, which really impressed all of us when we heard it in many evaluations.
"We found great synergy with the engineers at Nexo, they're receptive to ideas and input from their users, and they're sensitive to the needs of the market. It was vital from Orbital's point of view that we could be involved in product development for the future. This is a really exciting addition to our portfolio, and we are confident that it is going to deliver great results for a wide cross-section of our customers in the future. You really do have to hear it to appreciate its capabilities and power."
Orbital will also be showing products from the innovative Shure range of wireless solutions and also examples of Clear-Com/HME's wired and wireless intercom solutions for live events.
Completing the line-up for this year's show is the compact Yamaha QL series of digital mixing consoles ideally suited for small to medium-scale applications across live sound, corporate speech events, and installations. In addition, the team will be providing advance information on Yamaha's forthcoming flagship - the Rivage PM10.
