Pablo La Rosa.
USA - Stanton Magnetics has announced that Pablo La Rosa has joined the company as marketing manager. La Rosa brings more than a decade of marketing experience to Stanton, and will report to Henri Cohen, director of worldwide sales and marketing. "We're very excited about having Pablo here at Stanton," says Cohen. "His unique skill set, which includes five years of MI marketing experience, an MBA degree, and a background as a DJ/producer, is not something you see very often. Pablo will be an integral part of Stanton's new management team."

Pablo La Rosa comes to Stanton after five years at Roland Corporation, where he held the position of marketing writer and editor of the Roland Users Group magazine, one of the largest music industry publications. At Roland, La Rosa also created content for Roland's websites, wrote advertising copy and product literature, and worked on successful sales promotions. Previous to his time at Roland, he worked as a marketing specialist for Sprint Integrated Marketing Services and Acquila Energy.

La Rosa's impressive educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City's prestigious Bloch School of Business as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology. "I am thrilled to have this opportunity to work for the industry leader in DJ products," says La Rosa. "As a DJ and producer, I've always had great respect for Stanton's innovations - especially Final Scratch and the new STR8-150 turntable. I'm confident that my direct understanding of the DJ's needs will result in focused and powerful ways of communicating Stanton's message to DJs around the world."
