After receiving a diploma in Multi-track Recording from the Gateway School of Recording & Music Technology at Kingston Polytechnic, Martin started his career as a recording engineer at Harp Recordings Ltd before becoming a Sound Engineer for independent local radio station Swansea Sound.
He joined PA Installations Ltd in 1993 as a field engineer, working his way up to customer support manager and then Technical Sales Manager during an 11-year spell with the company.
In 2004 Martin took up the role of regional sales manager at Solutions AV Ltd (formerly known as USL Audio-Visual), where he was responsible for generating sales in South West Wales and South West England.
He switched to Sedao in 2011 to become a business development / account manager, supporting existing accounts at all levels, providing full system designs, customer demonstrations and ensuring repeat ongoing business alongside developing new opportunities.
His knowledge of the education market - particularly in South West Wales and South West England - is a key attribute, with PAI Group having just been awarded a place on a £100m university framework for the supply and installation of audio-visual equipment across these two regions.
