A selection of these and other connectors from the Valentini Syntax range will be highlighted on the CLD stand at PLASA 2011 on stand 1-K28.
The robust Syntax Roadline range features chic, streamlined Italian styling, combined with a rugged build quality. This premium range is suitable for all audio, video and AV road based, outside broadcast and portable applications as well as for high end studio installations.
Features include a special alloy shell, with high resistance finish; marked knurling on the whole circumference of the locking ring for optimum grip, allowing smooth and seamless coupling, with a nice audible click that confirms the locking is complete. The coupling roller pins on the locking ring have also been increased for greater durability.
The thick walled locking ring is built to withstand the rigours of road based activity and will take all forms of abuse, says the company. The aluminium housing for the neoprene insert is flush with the edge of the locking ring, and avoids getting mis-shaped after taking impact, and extra-wide back-shells are used for easier wiring access. The connectors can be retrofitted into other brands of multi-pin connectors.
Syntax is also a suitable option for CLD's bespoke multicore building service. CLD is also stocking Valentini cable and cable drums.
