PLASA 2019: MDG celebrates fifth anniversary
- Details
The team from MDG UK and head office will be demonstrating the ATMe and ATMe WPE haze generators. The ATMe WPE is a weather-proof and dust-resistant version of the ATMe which has been designed specifically for outdoor use.
MDG’s Me Series of fog generators, will be represented by the units at two opposite ends of the size range, with the compact Me2 fog generator at one end and the hugely impressive, stadium-filling Me8 fog generator at the other – both of which release pure white, fine particled fog in “unbelievable volume with the finest of control”.
New for PLASA 2019 are MDG’s bespoke touring flight cases. Designed to carry MDG’s ATMe haze generator or any of Me1, Me2 and Me4 fog generators, these cases not only provide rugged, safe transport for the generators, but allow the entire unit to be rolled onto stage and simply plugged in for instant use. Each flight case is fully equipped with direct plug-in connections for power and DMX In/Out.
MDG’s ICE FOG low fog generator will also be on show on the stand, producing low fog effects without recourse to dry ice. The line-up is completed by theFAN, MDG’s ultra-compact, variable speed digital fan which can be used in conjunction with all MDG generators.
MDG will be located alongside the Robe stand which will showcase MDG’s new ICE FOG Q HP low fog generator that runs using standard high-pressure liquid CO2 cylinders, and MDG’s award-winning, theONE dual-mode haze and fog generator.
MDG is also supporting Blackout, an immersive installation designed by Mig Burgess to raise mental health awareness, which will be presented at the show.
