The Meet the Brits Pavilion, which will introduce UK companies to the expansive US market
UK - For a second year, PLASA is able to support UK-based companies who wish to exhibit at LDI. Working in conjunction with the Department for Business and Trade, UK companies can make their debut at the Las Vegas trade show for a specially reduced rate.
When LDI returns this year from 3-5 December, the show will yet again feature the Meet the Brits Pavilion, which will introduce UK companies to the expansive US market and facilitate valuable in-person networking.
The Meet the Brits package includes a 5sq.ft logo-branded kiosk, complete with furniture, lighting and power, as well as online and onsite promotion. With PLASA’s support, this package is reduced from $3,800 down to $2,600.
Exhibitors in the Meet the Brits Pavilion will also gain an invitation to a special networking reception and have the opportunity to attend the Department for Business and Trade Export Academy Programme. Onsite support will also be provided by both PLASA and the Department for Business and Trade.
In addition to LDI’s 16,000+ visitors, exhibitors may also encounter visitors from co-located shows XLIVE and DSE which showcase innovative event technology, interactive display technology and digital signage.
To be eligible, your company’s head office must be based in the UK; your company must not have exhibited at LDI before; and your company must not have any US distribution in place.
Last year’s Meet the Brits exhibitors included Total Solutions Group and Le Mark.
Ian Hall, sales director for Total Solutions Group, comments: “Being part of the PLASA umbrella while making our first tepid steps into the US market was a great help, helping us see the marketplace and types of visitors without the costs of a full stand. It was a lot easier with PLASA having our backs.”
Karolina Wlodarczyk, head of export for Le Mark Group, adds: “It is not always easy to travel long haul on business trips, not to mention that it is costly to SMEs, and the LDI exhibition is a great way of reaching out to wider audiences. Thanks to the support offered by PLASA, we could secure funds internally to advertise and travel to the US.”
This offer is first come first served. To find out more and book your stand, please get in touch with the PLASA sales manager, Jamie Mould via: 01323 524133 or jamie.mould@plasa.org
