The event was held at the Aspire Dome, credited as the world's largest indoor multi-purpose dome, offering the highest quality facilities for multiple sports and international events.
The event was managed by Big Events Australia. At the opening and closing ceremonies, TechnoPro (Qatar) provided and installed lighting fixtures and truss structures - with the lighting dominated by automated fixtures from PR Lighting (which they distribute in the region). Suspended from the trusses were 50 XL1200 Wash lights and 12 XL1200 Spots.
