The F20 sx+ projector.
Norway - Designed for visually demanding professional installations the new F20 sx+ projector is the smallest projector in the range offered by projectiondesign.

The F20 sx+ features SXGA+ resolution (1,400 x 1,050) and brightness of up to 3,300 lumens. As the world's first projector featuring a full implementation of Texas Instruments BrilliantColor, a wide range of configuration options is offered. This includes a range of different BrilliantColor colour wheels to ensure that every projector is fine-tuned according to its specific application. Texas Instruments BrilliantColor technology increases the brightness clarity and contrast of projected images by adding Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, and enables the F20 sx+ to display unprecedented image quality.

"Weighing just 3 kilograms, the F20 sx+ is roughly the size of an A4 sheet of paper. This powerful projector can fit into a number of image-critical applications such as scientific visualisation and simulation, and is guaranteed for 24/7 operation. Because it is lightweight, it can even be used in mobile graphic applications," says Anders Løkke, Marcoms manager at projectiondesign. "We're delighted to be able to offer this exciting new product to our customers at an extremely competitive market price."

Images are also matched for each application using projectiondesign's RealColor colour management suite. RealColor is found in every projector and is a calibration system, that's configured for the specific application before it leaves the projectiondesign factory. "Many of our customers are running critical operations that have extremely high requirements for image performance. In many cases, several images or video channels are required to be displayed. It is highly important that we calibrate each projector to perform exactly to their individual needs," adds Løkke.

Three lens options are available, including a standard zoom, a wide-angle 1.0:1 and an ultra wide 0.82:1 wide-angle. The 0.82:1 wide-angle lens comes with pincushion and barrel adjustment, as well as focus lock to create perfectly uniform images in rear-projection applications.

The F20 sx+ is fully compatible with projectiondesign's newly released and currently available ProNet scalable professional network asset management software.

The F20 sx+ projector from projectiondesign makes its European debut on stand F80 at the Integrated Systems Europe exhibition between 30 January - 1 February 2007.
